Southern Illinois, Carbondale Gains A Pitcher for 1999!

Congratulations to Katie Kloess who has just accepted a scholarship for 1999 to Division I Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. Her mother, Mary Kloess, is the softball coach at Althoff High School in Belleville, Illinois where Katie goes to school.

Kacie Flinn - Sophomore Sensation Pitches Team to Missouri Class 4A State Championship!

Kacie Flinn led her Rockwood Summit High School Softball Team to the Class 4A Missouri Softball State Championship on 10/20/1998. This is quite an accomplishment because Kacie is just a sophomore. She pitched 62 shutout innings before giving up a run & the team won 6 games in post season to capture the State Title. Kacie was also chosen as the South Suburban Conference Player of the Year and named All Conference Pitcher & All District Pitcher for 1998.
